กิจกรรมร้อยดวงใจและอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568
วันศุกร์ที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2568 โรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัยจัดกิจกรรมร้อยดวงใจและอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 หัวข้อ "ร้อยดวงใจสู่การพัฒนาองค์กร (OD) ตามวิถีวัฒนธรรมชาวบานเย็นสู่ความสำเร็จ" โดยในช่วงเช้านางสาวสุปราณี ปัญญานะ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย ผู้แทนผู้บริหาร/ครูที่ย้ายมาใหม่/ครูบรรจุใหม่ ถวายมาลัยข้อพระกร พระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์ รัชกาลที่ 6 จากนั้นนำคณะครูครูที่ย้ายมาใหม่/ครูบรรจุใหม่ และครูอัตราจ้างที่ทำงานใหม่ ปฏิญาณตนและถวายบังคมเบื้องหน้าพระบรมสาทิสลักษณ์ พระบาทสมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ณ หอวชิราวุธานุสรณ์ ตึกยุพราช ชั้น 2 จากนั้นร่วมกิจกรรมที่ห้องประชุมดารารัศมี อาคารศูนย์วิทยบริการดารารัศมี ในช่วงแรก นายบุญเสริญ สุริยา ประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานฯ อดีตผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย บรรยายในหัวข้อ "ความเป็นพี่น้องบ้านบานเย็น" และกิจกรรม "หลอมใจเป็นหนึ่งเดียวและสืบสานวัฒนธรรมองค์กร"

- ฐานที่ 2 สืบสานวัฒนธรรมองค์กร โดย คณะครูเกษียณอายุราชการ ปีงบประมาณ 2568-2569
- ฐานที่ 3 เชื่อมไมตรี พี่สอนน้อง โดย หัวหน้ากลุ่มงาน/หัวหน้างาน/ครูรุ่นพี่
และในช่วงบ่ายมีกิจกรรมกลุ่มสานสัมพันธ์ แบ่งกลุ่มฝึกปฏิบัติในหัวข้อ "หัวใจครู ไม่เคยหมดไฟ รวมพลังใจ
สร้างทีมคุณภาพ" โดย ผศ.ดร.ณฐวัฒน์ ล่องทอง และ คุณวชิราภรณ์ อัตวุฒิ
On Friday, July 18, 2025, Yupparaj Wittayalai School organized the annual "Hearts United" activity and a capacity-building workshop for teachers and educational personnel under the theme: "Hearts United for Organizational Development (OD) through the Baan Banyen Cultural Path to Success."
In the morning, Ms. Supranee Panyana, the School Director, along with newly appointed and transferred teachers and administrators, presented a garland in homage to the Royal Monument of King Rama VI. She then led the group in pledging their commitment and paying respects before the portrait of His Majesty King Vajiravudh at the Vajiravudh Memorial Hall, 2nd Floor, Yupparaj Building.
Subsequently, participants joined the main program at the Dararatsamee Conference Room, Dararatsamee Information Services Center. The session opened with a keynote speech by Mr. Boonsern Suriya, Chairman of the Basic Education Institution Committee and former School Director, on the topic: "The Brotherhood of Baan Banyen," followed by the activity: "Unity and Continuity of Organizational Culture" featuring three stations:
* Station 1: Yupparaj Bonding by Yupparaj Alumni Representatives
* Station 2: Cultural Heritage by Retiring Teachers (Fiscal Years 2025–2026)
* Station 3: Mentorship and Connection by Department Heads, Senior Teachers, and Supervisors
In the afternoon, a group workshop titled "The Heart of a Teacher Never Burns Out: Uniting Hearts for Quality Teamwork" was conducted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Nathawat Longthong and Ms. Wachiraporn Attawut.
