การลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ ระหว่าง บริติช เคานซิล (ประเทศไทย) กับ ศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคคลเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ (Human Capital Excellence Center : HCEC)

วันศุกร์ที่ 13 มิถุนายน 2568 นางสาวสุปราณี ปัญญานะ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย ร่วมลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ ระหว่าง บริติช เคานซิล (ประเทศไทย) กับ ศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคคลเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ (Human Capital Excellence Center : HCEC) โดยมี ดร.อาทิตยา ปัญญา ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์บริหารการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคคลเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ (HCEMC) เป็นประธานพิธี และร่วมพิธีเปิดศูนย์สอบ IELTS อย่างเป็นทางการ ณ ห้องประชุมดารารัศมี อาคารศูนย์วิทยบริการดารารัศมี จากนั้นผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัยได้พาท่านประธานเยี่ยมชมห้องสอบ IELTS แบบคอมพิวเตอร์ของโรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย

On Friday, June 13, 2025, Miss Supranee Panyana, the Director of Yupparaj Wittayalai School, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for academic cooperation between the British Council (Thailand) and the Human Capital Excellence Center (HCEC). Dr. Athitaya Panya, Director of the Human Capital Excellence Management Center (HCEMC), presided over the ceremony. Additionally, the official opening of the IELTS testing center was held at the Dararatsamee Conference Room, Dararatsamee Information and Communication Technology Center. Following the ceremony, the Director of Yupparaj Wittayalai School guided the honored guests on a tour of the school's computer-based IELTS testing facility.
