วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 5 มิถุนายน 2568 นางสาวสุปราณี ปัญญานะ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย และนายมงคล ปัญญารัตน์ ครูชำนาญการพิเศษ เข้าร่วมการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการออกแบบแนวทางการถอดบทเรียนการขับเคลื่อนเพื่อยกระดับสมรรถนะความฉลาดรู้ของผู้เรียน ปีการศึกษา 2568 ระหว่างวันที่ 4-8 มิถุนายน 2568
โดยในวันที่ 6 มิถุนายน 2568 ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมและนำเสนอผลการสร้างและพัฒนาข้อสอบวัดความฉลาดรู้ด้านการอ่าน วิทยาศาสตร์ และคณิตศาสตร์ โดยเสนอต่อ ว่าที่ร้อยตรี ดร.ธนุ วงษ์จินดา เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และ ดร.เกศทิพย์ ศุภวานิช รองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ณ ห้องประชุม 1 อาคาร สพฐ.4 ชั้น 2 สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และได้นำเสนอผลงานการสร้างและพัฒนาข้อสอบวัดความฉลาดรู้ด้านการอ่าน วิทยาศาสตร์ และคณิตศาสตร์ ต่อ พลตำรวจเอก เพิ่มพูน ชิดชอบ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ณ ห้องประชุมราชวัลลภ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ สำหรับผลงานที่นำเสนอในครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อแสดงผลการยกระดับคุณภาพการและการส่งเสริมความฉลาดรู้ (Literacy) ของนักเรียน ในการนำเสนอครั้งนี้ โรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย ได้รับเลือกให้เป็นตัวแทนของสถานศึกษาในสังกัด สพม.เชียงใหม่ เพื่อนำเสนอกระบวนการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาครูผู้สอนและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการสร้างและพัฒนาข้อสอบวัดความฉลาดรู้ จนถึงการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ในชั้นเรียนอย่างเป็นระบบและมีประสิทธิภาพ
On Thursday, June 5, 2025, Ms. Supranee Panyana, Director of Yupparaj Wittayalai School, and Mr. Mongkol Panyarat, Senior Professional Level Teacher, participated in the Workshop on Designing Approaches for Lesson Learned Extraction to Enhance Student Literacy Competency for the Academic Year 2025, held from June 4 to 8, 2025.
On June 6, 2025, they attended the meeting and presented the results of the development of literacy assessment tools in reading, science, and mathematics. The presentation was made to Lieutenant Dr. Thanu Wongchinda, Secretary-General of the Basic Education Commission, and Dr. Kasetip Supawanit, Deputy Secretary-General of the Basic Education Commission, at Meeting Room 1, Building OBEC 4, 2nd Floor, Office of the Basic Education Commission.
Furthermore, the results were also presented to Police General Permpoon Chidchob, Minister of Education, at Ratchawallop Meeting Room, Ministry of Education. The main objective of this presentation was to demonstrate the outcomes of quality improvement efforts and the promotion of student literacy.
In this presentation, Yupparaj Wittayalai School was selected to represent educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Mai, to showcase the process of driving the development of teachers and school administrators — starting from the creation and development of literacy assessment tools to their application in systematic and effective classroom learning evaluation.
