โครงการเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางกฎหมายเพื่อคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพของประชาชน และการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือกในคดีครอบครัว

วันศุกร์ที่ 6 มิถุนายน 2568 นางสาวสุปราณี ปัญญานะ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย มอบหมายให้นายธนพล กมลหัตถ์ รองผู้อำนวยการ ฝ่ายจัดอำนวยการ กล่าวต้อนรับนายเย็นดี มณฑีรรัตน์ อธิบดีผู้พิพากษาภาค 5 ประธานในพิธีเปิด โครงการเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางกฎหมายเพื่อคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพของประชาชน และการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือกในคดีครอบครัว โดยมีนายเสริมเผด็จ กรลักษณ์ ผู้พิพากษาหัวหน้าศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กล่าวรายงานการจัดโครงการ ณ ห้องประชุมดารารัศมี อาคารศูนย์วิทยบริการดารารัศมี โรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย ในการนี้นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ร่วมรับฟังบรรยายในหัวข้อการคุ้มครองสิทธิ ในคดีเยาวชนและครอบครัว พิษออนไลน์และสารเสพติด และการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือก ซึ่งความรู้ดังกล่าวเป็นประโยชน์ต่อนักเรียนเป็นอย่างมาก

On Friday, June 6, 2025, Ms. Supranee Panyana, Director of Yupparaj Wittayalai School, assigned Mr. Thanapon Kamonhat, Deputy Director of the Administrative Division, to deliver a welcoming speech to Mr. Yen Dee Monteerarat, Chief Judge of Region 5, who presided over the opening ceremony of the Legal Knowledge Dissemination Project for the Protection of Citizens' Rights and Freedoms and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Family Cases.

The project report was presented by Mr. Sermphadet Kornlalaks, Chief Judge of the Chiang Mai Juvenile and Family Court, at the Dararatsamee Conference Room, Dararatsamee Academic Service Center Building, Yupparaj Wittayalai School.

On this occasion, Matthayom 5 students attended a lecture on the protection of rights in juvenile and family cases, online threats and drug abuse, as well as alternative dispute resolution methods. The knowledge shared during the session proved to be highly beneficial for the students.
