วันเสาร์ที่ 3 พฤษภาคม 2568 นางสาวสุปราณี ปัญญานะ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย เข้าร่วมพิธีสะเดาะเคราะห์และสืบชะตาหลวง ประจำปี 2568 ณ วัดดับภัย ตำบลศรีภูมิ อำเภอเมืองเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งเป็นงานประจำปีที่วัดดับภัยและคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ได้ร่วมกันจัดขึ้นต่อเนื่องมาเป็นปีที่ 94 เพื่อเป็นสิริมงคลแก่พุทธศาสนิกชนที่มาร่วมงาน พร้อมทั้งเป็นการรักษาและสืบสานวัฒนธรรมประเพณีของเมืองล้านนา โดยมีนายนิรัตน์ พงษ์สิทธิถาวร ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นประธานในพิธี
On Saturday, May 3, 2025, Miss Supranee Panyana, the Director of Yupparaj Wittayalai School, participated in the annual merit-making ceremony for warding off misfortune and prolonging life (Sadokroh and Sueb Chata Luang) for the year 2025 at Wat Dubphai, Sri Phum Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai Province. This annual event, jointly organized by Wat Dubphai and the monastic community of Chiang Mai Province, has been held continuously for the past 94 years to bring auspiciousness to the Buddhist devotees attending the ceremony, as well as to preserve and perpetuate the cultural traditions of Lanna. Mr. Nirat Pongsittitavorn, the Governor of Chiang Mai Province, presided over the ceremony.
